How locals do it
An old state-run food hall: preserved meats, biscuits and the crowd- favourite 鲜肉月饼 (fresh pork mooncake) at the front window. A good one-stop shop for edible souvenirs that travel well.
Don't get this wrong
It is a shop, not a restaurant — no seats. The 鲜肉月饼 is best eaten the same day, so don't buy it as a gift to carry on a long flight.
